1. PARTIES AND AGREEMENT

1.1 The website metaspins.com (“Metaspins”, “the Company” “Casino”, “Website”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) is owned and operated by Metaspins N.V., a company registered and established under the laws of Curaçao, with registration number 160102 and registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao and licensed to conduct online gaming operations under License No. 365/JAZ, sub-license GLH-OCCHKTW0703232022. Any agreement and any relationship under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Curacao only and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Curacao.

1.2 The Customer (or “You” , the “Player”) is a private person of at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age allowed to gamble in your respective jurisdiction, whichever is higher, who is registered and accepted as a gaming customer of the Company. 3. WHO CAN PLAY

By using the service, You represent and warrant that You are not from the territories mentioned above are prohibited from opening an account or using or accessing the services or any other services offered by the Company.

4. ACCEPTED CURRENCIES

4.1 You are solely responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of your residence.

4.2 All deposits, rewards and NFT revenue share needs to be wagered at least 1x before withdrawal.

4.3 We may charge fees for processing monetary transactions. If such fees apply, they will be clearly communicated to You during the process. However, it is your responsibility to be aware of any additional fees and charges that may be applied.

5. GAME RULES

7.5 If we mistakenly credit your Player Account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical issue, error in the pay tables, human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Player Account. If You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by You to us. 8. USE OF PLAYER’S ACCOUNT

8.1 Only one Account per person, household, IP address and computer device is allowed. Creating multiple user accounts may result in termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer device, We must be informed by the respective Accounts’ holders. You shall not provide access to your user account or allow any third party use of the Website including but not limited to minors or self excluded persons. Any returns, winnings or bonuses which You have gained or accrued during such time as the duplicate account was active may be reclaimed by us, and You undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. 9. VERIFICATION

9.1 You warrant that:

9.7 We are required to undertake verification of your age. 10. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

10.1 The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including but not limited to:

10.1.1 participating in any type of collusion with other players,

10.1.2 development of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings,

10.1.3 fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers,

10.1.4 other types of cheating,

10.1.5 or is known to have gone bankrupt in the country of his residence,

10.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate the player account and suspend all payouts to the player. The Company also reserves the right to inform the regulatory bodies of such fraudulent actions performed by the player.

10.3 The Casino has zero tolerance to advantage play. Any player who will try to gain advantage of casino offers or other promotions agrees that the Company has the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses, included but not limited to the reasons of:

10.3.1 creating more than one account in order to get advantage from Casino promotions;

10.3.2 providing incorrect registration data;

10.4 The Casino reserves the right to close your Player Account and to refund to You the amount on your account balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice. The Casino reserves the right to retain payments, if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges can be brought against any user or any other person(s) who has/have manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. 11. DEPOSITS

11.1 You may deposit funds by sending BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, BCH, USDT or whitelisted NFTs to the wallet address shown in your profile. Please make sure to send the correct currency to the correct address (e.g. Ethereum crypto to Ethereum address) The company cannot credit You the missing currency if You send your funds to the wrong address. 11.2 In the unlikely event of a player depositing crypto currency funds to another crypto currency network address (such as but not limited to: sending BTC to a BCH address). Metaspins is not responsible to recover the amount.

11.3 The Website only offers gambling services and chat services; the company does not intend to offer any currency exchange services on the Website; You can only withdraw in the same cryptocurrency as You used to deposit funds on the Website. 11.5 We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity when processing deposits into your Metaspins Player Account.

12. WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY

13. DORMANT ACCOUNTS

13.1 Any inactive Account where your balance is preserved will be reviewed regularly and we will attempt to notify You, via email, at your registered email address of any remaining funds held in your Account. Should an Account remain inactive (no gameplay, transactions, valid withdrawals or deposits) for a period of at least 12 months, it will be classified by us as ‘dormant’ and a maximum administrative fee of 10 $ (or equivalent conversion in cryptocurrency) shall be deducted from your Account thereafter. You will receive an email notice of at least thirty (30) days before the first deduction. The deductions may be viewed in the Cashier under "History". The deductions shall cease should You reactivate your Account but the administrative fees already deducted will not be reimbursed. 14. BONUSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

14.9 It is possible for your account to have multiple instances of bonus active. If You are awarded multiple different bonuses, they are queued from oldest to newest. You will wager the oldest first and only once it's completed will You move onto wagering the newer bonus issued.

14.10 If for any reason You decide to close your account or self-exclude during an ongoing promotional period You will no longer be eligible to receive a prize.

15. GAMES TERMS & CONDITIONS

16. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY

16.9 The Player understands that the Casino has the right to cancel their bets if:

16.9.1 the Player or a third party can affect the outcome of a bet;

16.9.2 the Player or affiliated third parties violated the Terms and Conditions;

16.9.3 the outcome of a bet was the result of illegal actions;

16.9.4 the bet was made during any technical failure.

16.10 The Player agrees that if they broke these rules or the Casino has reasonable grounds to assume that the Player has violated the rules, the Casino reserves the right to suspend their gaming account, cancel the bets, refuse to pay the winnings or use the funds on the Player’s gaming account for compensation of its own losses resulting from the actions of the Player.
